When I checked in the pool, the tempo was showing 86. But when I am importing them, Cubase is changing the tempo. I am trying to import them into a Cubase project of same sampling rate settings. For the boxed version of FL Studio, simply select 'Install for all users' during installation.

Sometimes the instrument VST preset would stay where I put it, but a setting on a FX VST, like an EQ, would revert to default, then I'd have to do this process one more time on the project.
